Students (ages 3-5 years old) learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills: Swim, float, swim and jump, push, turn, grab. These skills are taught through fun games and confidence building experiences.

Students develop intermediate self-rescue skills at longer distances. In addition to swim on front, swim on back and introduction to treading water. Introduces basic stroke technique in front crawl and back crawl and reinforces water safety through treading water and elementary backstroke.
